Choosing a therapist is one of the most important decisions you’ll ever make. It is truly a leap of faith. So in our first consultation phone call I will spend as much time as you need to share you story, answer any questions you may have of the process, of me, and the nature of the journey we will take together.
Personally, I have a diagnosis of Bipolar Disorder. Professionally, I have a master's degree in Psychology and a certification in Psychology First Aid Response. But honestly, none of my life's challenges I've overcome or clinical credentials amount to much unless you think I care about you, listen to you, validate you and your experiences.
Our journey will be challenging, inspiring and rewarding. We’ll get frustrated and have breakthroughs, get confronted and gain insights. We’ll laugh together and maybe even cry together.  We’ll set goals and I’ll help you make a plan to achieve them.
