Personally, I have suffered the consequences of trauma, severe mental illness and a debilitating addiction. Professionally, I have a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, am a certified Suicide Prevention Counselor, and a Psychological First Aid Responder. But honestly, none of my life’s challenges I’ve overcome or clinical credentials I’ve accrued amount to a pile of crap unless you think I care about you, listen to you, validate you and your experiences, and are truly there for you—have your back.
Our journey will be challenging, inspiring and rewarding. We’ll get frustrated and have breakthroughs, get confronted and gain insights. We’ll laugh together and maybe even cry together. We’ll set goals and I’ll help you make a plan to achieve them.
