Hello! Thank you for taking a moment to review my profile. Personally, I have a diagnosis of Bipolar Disorder. Professionally, I have a master's degree in Psychology and a certification in Psychology First Aid Response. But honestly, none of my life's challenges I've overcome or clinical credentials amount to much unless you think I care about you, listen to you, validate you and your experiences.
My goal in our consultation will be to take as much time as necessary to listen to why you have chosen to seek out therapy at this time, what you may want to accomplish, share my experience and approach, and answer any questions or concerns you may have.
Our journey will be challenging, inspiring and rewarding. We’ll get frustrated and have breakthroughs, get confronted and gain insights. We’ll laugh together and maybe even cry together.  We’ll set goals and I’ll help you make a plan to achieve them. I look forward to meeting you.
