Hi, I'm Jeff Davidoff LCSW. I am a Licensed Psychotherapist in the State of New York. I use a client centered approach to therapy. You will always be treated with respect, in a non judgmental way, and with unconditional positive regard. We will address the issues and areas of your life you would like help with. We will use a blend of cognitive, dialectic behavioral and talk therapies to help you reduce stress, anxiety and depression.
I have a masters degree in Clinical Social Work from Fordham University. I have a broad range of experience in a variety of clinical settings as well as work experience outside of the field of psychotherapy. I help people to understand the way their emotions impact thoughts, behaviors and relationships.
