My name is Jeff, and I am passionate about helping people grow into the best versions of themselves. We all have challenges and hangups, and sometimes we need help overcoming them and getting on a path to becoming our most authentic selves. I enjoy working with teenagers and adults of all ages and backgrounds as well as couples and families. My aim is to help people accomplish their goals through increased self-awareness, insight, support, new skills, and more effective relationships.
Using a collaborative and compassionate approach, I empower clients to overcome barriers and achieve their mental health and wellness goals. I utilize a range of evidence-based counseling approaches, including CBT, DBT, Narrative Therapy, and Structural Family Therapy. I also love integrating the spirituality of my clients if that is a priority for them.
With my wife of nearly 20 years and 3 kids, I have experienced many of the ups and downs that come with life, family, jobs, and school. I bring a breadth of experience and education with me into each session.
