Hi, I'm Jeff Copper, an ADHD coach in Tampa, FL, who has dyslexia and a learning disability. I have been working with ADHD adults, parents, executives, and entrepreneurs for over a decade. I know what it's like growing up with a different brain wiring. I was trained as a life coach at the Coaches Training Institute and as an ADHD life coach at the ADD Coach Academy. I'm the host of Attention Talk Radio... Your ADHD Information Station. I'm also on the editorial board of Attention Magazine published by Children and Adults with Hyperactive Deficit Disorder.
As an attention coach, I help people overcome information overload, chronic disorganization, ADHD and ADD symptoms, time management problems, attention deficit disorder, impulsivity, and other conditions that may hinder one's advancement.
As someone who has had to learn to manage attention and deal with his own challenges, my mission is to help those with ADHD and other attention challenges to understand themselves and how their minds work.
