I use a variety of counseling approaches; Gottman Level 2 for relationships, narrative, CBT, neuroscience, existential, and IFS informed. Topics include depression, stress, anxiety, marriage, parenting, behavior, spiritual, conflict, and others. I will help you understand what your brain is doing so we can discover and understand why you do what you do.
Stressed? Have difficult relationships, marriage, or parenting? Anxious? Depressed? Do you ever wonder, "Why do I do the things I do?" Ever wish for a better life? We will walk together to find answers to these questions and then decide on tools to help you live the life you desire. We will walk together until you are able to walk on your own
