I am grateful to be able to support those with complex trauma, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, parenting issues, or those struggling with self-worth. My approach is compassionate yet straightforward. I am grounded in the belief that a supportive trusting relationship with a competent therapist offers hope and healing.
I have special training in working with those struggling with traumatic stress due to abuse, whether it is physical, emotional, or sexual. I am trained in EMDR, an exceptional therapeutic technique which helps individuals quickly resolve trauma and negative beliefs which may be hindering personal growth.
