Advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and have completed Level 1 Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy and utilize the most effective approach for the challenges you share. I am also a Certified Sexual Addictions Therapist and help individuals navigate out of control sexual behaviors.
I specialize in utilizing Emotional Focused Therapy with couples to restore broken relationships and working with individuals whom are struggling to navigate the challenges of life.
