I truly feel that anyone can benefit from therapeutic training and guidance. Personally, I have always seen therapy to be more of a intense joint partnership focused on a client's personal achievement, exploration of their untapped potential and opportunities and utilizing their strengths to balance them out.
Therapy should be to the mind what diet and exercise is to the body. Solid, result-focused training that builds upon an individual's strengths to provide them with the tools necessary to not only face the challenges of their life, but also to explore the rich landscape they have WITHIN.
I have extensive training in personal psychodynamic therapy, family system dynamics and relationship therapy. Over the years I have found that a solid foundation of Cognitive-Behavioral framework helps to provide the necessary structure towards a proper mental attitude and this, accompanied with a strong rapport, works towards building successful treatment.
I view my office as a "sanctuary" from the outside world. It is a place where just the client and I can discuss their concerns safely and with extraordinary focus.
