I am a trained counselor in EMDR, NET, TFT, and Applied Kinesiology. I received my Counseling degree from the University of Oregon. I am State Licensed in General Counseling, Marriage/Family, & Chemical Dependency. I view problems from a systems approach and believe that most problems are interactional in nature. I also believe that most emotional problems have their origins in faulty patterns that are learned early in our life by our major caretakers.
