My goal is to understand what you are struggling with, as a couple or as an individual, and to provide the right support that you need over time by building a strong yet comfortable connection. If you know what you are looking for from psychotherapy service, that would be a great start. You may be looking for more empathy and support, solution, interpretation to deepen your understanding of current feelings, reducing symptoms, or something else. If you are not sure what want to get from this service, that is totally fine as well. We can figure it out together.
I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California, and a Board Certified Art Therapist(ATR-BC), and an EMDR International Association Certified EMDR therapist. Based on the trust and your comfort level with the different modalities that I provide, I can figure out a way to support you, and we will work together.
It can be hard to understand what is going on and what to do in order to feel better. It can be even harder to look at oneself due to feelings of fear, shame, guilt and any other so-called negative feelings. I will be there to hear you out, and to help you. You are not alone, you don't need to be alone to figure out issues that you are facing.
