The majority of my experience is working with those suffering from addictions, trauma, depression, anxiety and the stresses of everyday life. I enjoy all types of people and love that I get to see a variety of different personalities and issues every day.
I use a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy in my approach to counseling. I bring a sense of compassion, empathy, unconditional positive regard and humor to our sessions.
Outside of counseling, I enjoy spending time with my family, friends and dog. I also enjoy being outdoors, watching movies, playing board games and listening to music. I'd love the chance to help you live your best life through skill building, healing and a holistic approach to wellness!
