About
Friends and family usually tell you what you 'want' to hear. A good therapist will tell you what you 'need' to hear. Whether it be situational (relational issues, job-loss, unexpected death) or something more long-term (past trauma, addiction, depression, anxiety), investing time with a licensed therapist can help. You are stronger and more resilient than you realize and I look forward to working with you.
Meaning To Live Counseling utilizes a best practice method of counseling that includes many different therapeutic models with emphasis on Cognitive Behavioral and EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing). We also provide free "Jed Said therapy" videos online. Awareness up.
Life can be hard at times. Providing supportive and honest reflection, appropriately, gives people the best opportunity for gaining awareness which can then be used to work through their struggles. My philosophy: You are not broken, people can change and many relationships can mend. Lastly, you are stronger than you realize.
