I am a seasoned, EMDR trained, Queer and neurodivergent therapist who specializes in working with transgender, Queer and neurodivergent clients. I help clients with trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, Autism, and AUDHD, as well as with all manner of life transitions, including changes in gender identity. I am available for virtual sessions in Minnesota and Maine. I am available on short notice to write informed consent-based letters of support for gender affirming surgeries.
My style is highly partnering and built upon a foundation of trust, consent and respect. I operate from a social justice lens that calls into question many of the toxic narratives that can contribute to low self esteem, anxiety and depression.
