I work with people navigating all sorts of challenges in their lives. Together, we can address the questions that dwell at the heart of who you are and how you became that way - a process shaped by forces within you and in the world at large. I offer treatment tailored to focus on a specific issue in your life as well as longer-term therapy to delve into deeper issues that impact your relationships and emotional wellbeing. I am in trained in relationally-oriented psychodynamic therapy and also draw from many years of mindfulness training in my work. My approach is ultimately tailored to fit your needs.
I practice psychodynamic therapy. This style of therapy explores both the past and present, as well as the conscious and unconscious processes at work in your life today. By understanding the why and wherefore of your your past we can better understand and change your present.
I practice individual therapy and have experience working with adults and young adults. I also enjoy working with artists, and as an artist myself I write, record, and perform music outside of my practice.
