I really and truly enjoy helping my clients gain the motivation to make the necessary positive changes in their lives.
I have extensive experience working with individuals of all ages, including challenges like anxiety, school stress, depression, addiction and relationship struggles. My approach focuses on creating a safe, compassionate space where you can feel heard and understood. Using active listening, empathy, and open-ended questions, we will tackle life's challenges.
