Many of the individuals I work with have experienced trauma and are struggling with PTSD, anxiety, or depression. They often feel overwhelmed and disconnected, wanting to heal and regain control over their lives. Their goals are to feel understood, supported, and empowered to move forward with confidence and personal growth.
I specialize in trauma-informed care, using EMDR therapy to help clients process trauma and reduce distress. I also support those dealing with anxiety and depression. My approach is warm, compassionate, and deeply collaborative, prioritizing trust and safety to foster healing and personal growth.
