Jeannine M. Gambles, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I work with individuals and couples in high-stress situations. I work with individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, and mood disorders such as Bipolar Disorder. I also work with individuals coping with identity including the LGBTQ community as well as those dealing with trauma. I work with couples experiencing infidelity, feeling stuck, and uncoupling.
My therapeutic approaches are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused, Brief Therapy, and Narrative Therapy, and I am EMDR-Trained (must meet the criteria for this approach). For couples, I use Solution Focused Brief Therapy and Emotionally Focused Therapy.
The first session is an assessment. Clients can provide background information in hopes that an issue or problem is identified and a working treatment plan is created. Throughout this process, clients are treated with dignity and respect and encouraged to be open about their needs and hope for change or resolutions.
