I will help you take stock of your life: body, mind, spirit, and tribe. Using a body-based and attachment-focused approach to therapy, I assist clients in improving their professional and personal lives by understanding themselves better.
We all need someone in our lives who will sit with us at our lowest, without judgement. Using trauma-sensitive EMDR, somatic therapy, and parts work, I assist clients in processing their past and building the future they desire. My approach is grounded, empathetic, and affirming.
My office is in southeast Lancaster at Intuitive Healing and Wellness. Free on-site parking and limited evening appointments may be available. Recognized by the Ohio Board as an LPC, my practice is supervised by Melinda Holley, LPCC-S.
