I work with adults in individual, couple, and group therapy with diverse cultures/populations who may experience grief/loss, divorce, communication problems, family issues, career counseling, domestic violence counseling, anger management, depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, and PTSD/trauma.

Anger Management & Domestic Violence
A wide-ranging approach to teaching healthy and effective communication to be applied in everyday life and relationships. In this group we explore healthy vs. unhealthy anger and practice coping skills for anger and stress management. Group members are introduced to the different types of abuse and warning signs of potentially abusive relationships. Group members share life experiences and role-play scenarios. This group is for those interested in improving their communication skills and seeking self-control. The group setting is conducive to domestic violence education while maintaining a comfortable and confidential environment.
