People come to therapy for various reasons: Trying to manage the infinity loop of continuous regrets/ thoughts from past situations, managing autism, depression, chronic pain, understanding past and present trauma and trying to deal with symptoms of other disorders, which can prevent someone from being able to function in life. I believe in developing a therapeutic relationship before deciding what treatment is needed for any situations/issues. Please reach out to see if we would be a good fit for work together. I enjoy working with all ages.
My specialty areas include Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and Complex PTSD, Social Anxiety, General Anxiety, Adult Autism, and Parent Coaching for children with challenging behaviors, in addition to depression and chronic pain. I really enjoy working with teenagers! Your needs are important to me and together, we can work toward your goals in life.
