Jeannie M Lerch's Groups
Exploring Transfemininity
This group is designed for anyone under the transgender, gender queer, or nonbinary umbrella who is exploring their femininity. Many of the group members are transitioning, although that is not a specific goal for the group. We discuss aspects of femininity in U.S. culture, offer resources for those who are transitioning, and provide a community of acceptance for individuals in Chester County who identify within the transgender community. This group is explicit for femininity but I am working on building an adult group for transmasculine or masculine leaning people if you are interested.
Queer Group
This group provides a safe environment and increased visibility to anyone in the LGBTQIA+ community who would like to have more connection and support. All sexual identities are welcome. Group will meeting twice a month as well as a chance to attend social events and engage in advocacy. Our first meeting will be Tuesday June 28th at 6:30. We will host a Pride potluck with snacks and munchies in our first meeting. It is open to anyone 18+. If you are interested please email: drjeannielerch@kjwassoc.com.
