Jeannie Mitchell works in a therapeutic setting, helping individuals overcome the effects of trauma, anxiety & depression. Getting Past Your Past. EMDR is one approach to overcoming stressful events, but it's not the only one. Other therapies include Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Mindfulness, Solution Focused, & Person-Centered Therapy. Jeannie will work with you to decide on the most effective approach based on your circumstances.
