Thank you for taking the time to visit my profile. I am taking new clients but have only daytime slots available. (Between 10am-3pm.) I provide in person and virtual counseling. Life can be messy. Sometimes we just need someone to help us untie the knots. Whether you are struggling with chronic pain or anxiety, feel a bit lost, or wonder if your emotions are not quite as "in control" as you would like, counseling is a tool to consider. I have a "here and now" approach. I encourage connection between mind, body and spirit and am not afraid to work with internal conflict. I am trained in cognitive, somatic, and pain management techniques (including PRT - Pain Reprocessing Therapy) and incorporate spiritual interventions to those interested.
With a background in both counseling & theology, I am uniquely equipped to walk clients through spiritual & existential struggles. I live with chronic pain and many of the tools I use with clients were vetted through life experience. Counseling may seem unrealistic when one is already overwhelmed. Reach out anyway. Boundaries For Your Soul (IFS)
This is 15 week group that will process internal boundaries using a Christian approach to Internal Family Systems. This group is appropriate for practitioners wanting to gain experience in this area as well as non-professionals who struggle with internal conflict. Appropriate for ages 18 and up.
