I have a "here and now" approach. I encourage connection between mind, body and spirit and am not afraid to work with internal conflict. I am trained in cognitive, somatic, and pain reduction techniques (including PRT - Pain Reprocessing Therapy and EAET - Emotional Awareness and Expression Therapy) & incorporate spiritual interventions to those interested.
With a background in both counseling & theology, I am uniquely equipped to walk clients through spiritual & existential struggles.
