I specialize in working with kids, young adults, and new parents who are experiencing anxiety, depression, and adjustment-related stress. Many of my clients feel overwhelmed by expectations, stuck in overthinking, or unsure how to manage the emotional weight of transitions like adolescence, early adulthood, pregnancy, or the postpartum period.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and evidence-based. I use proven therapeutic tools to help clients build emotional resilience, strengthen coping skills, and feel more confident navigating daily life.
My work looks different depending on your stage of life. With teens and their parents, I help reduce anxiety and strengthen communication and confidence. With young adults, we explore identity, relationships, and pressure around life direction. With new parents, therapy focuses on emotional adjustment, anxiety, guilt, and balance during major change.
Starting therapy often means admitting that something feels like too much to manage alone — and that’s not easy. You don’t need to have everything figured out to begin. My goal is to help you feel understood, less alone in what you’re carrying, and supported in finding tools that actually fit your life.
