I specialize in helping individuals navigate the deep and complex impact of trauma. Trauma doesn’t just show up in the obvious ways—it affects us emotionally, mentally, and even physically, often manifesting as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, PTSD, personality disorders, communication issues, loneliness, etc. Whether you’re struggling with fear of intimacy, unresolved childhood wounds, or anger, it’s likely that unhealed trauma is playing a role. By healing at the deepest levels, we will create lasting change—rather than just managing symptoms, we can unlearn the maladaptive patterns that are keeping you stuck.
I am a QMHP-A and LCSW with my Master's in Social Work from George Mason University and Post-Master's in Psychology of Emotions from Cornell University. I am also a fully-trained EMDR practitioner with IFS integration. I provide psycho-education to further the clarity and understanding of what you may be experiencing and how everything fits together.
Together, we’ll work to uncover internalized beliefs that may be holding you back and begin the process of healing. I provide a compassionate space where you can explore and process these layers of trauma without judgment. My goal is to help you regain a sense of autonomy, self-worth, and empowerment so that you can live a more authentic life.
