I care about your needs, thoughts and your story. Your story is important. I will help you reframe cognitions in depression, anxiety and in learning coping and interpersonal skills. I work with adults, children in play therapy, and I help kids and teens that have neurodiverse needs. I have a passion working through trauma and also have experience working with addictions. I also see couples & I have been married for 30 years. You will be validated, heard and can find new hope, skills and develop self-love and love others in and on your journey. From my own life experience, I have a deep trust in the therapeutic process.
I have worked with teens and children for many years. I have also helped individual adults through addictions, depression and anxiety. I believe in couples therapy. I incorporate eclectic modalities using DBT, play therapy and Rogerian frameworks in my style of therapy. I help facilitate our ongoing free bereavement support groups throughout the year.

We are passionate here at Full Circle Counseling in aiding anyone that is having difficulties with death. We feel that bereavement is potentially debilitating and yet necessary to experience to pay attention to, have compassion for oneself, and to feel one's way through. It is our goal to help clients feel seen, heard and validated. These are the important concepts and aids to healing. The groups are all run by therapists. The groups run throughout the year on Monday Nights (except holidays) and are also separately available for different age groups. Call us for any questions.
