Helping sensitive kids, teens, and parents feel safe, confident, and connected. You don't have to figure this out alone. If your child is anxious, overwhelmed, people-pleasing, or emotionally exhausted, there is a reason. I help kids and teens feel safe in their bodies again so they can themselves without fear. Many of the families I work with are loving, attentive, and exhausted from trying everything. When a child is anxious, sensitive, or always putting others first, it's often their nervous system asking for support.

My approach to therapy is rooted in connection, empathy, and respect for each person's unique story. I draw from evidence-based methods like play therapy, EMDR, and parent collaboration to help children and families grow with confidence and clarity. In every session, my goal is to help you feel understood, supported, and empowered to move forward.
