Since everyone’s journey is unique, I tailor my approach using methods like CBT, ACT, DBT, Trauma-Focused CBT, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). Together, we’ll create a safe space to build coping skills, find clarity, and make meaningful changes that support the life you want to live.
You can expect to have a safe and non-judgmental environment in which you can explore the challenges you may be facing, increase awareness, and work towards self-improvement.
