I'm here to facilitate and encourage you through challenges that are meaningful to you. I specialize in anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and trauma. My approach is client-centered and collaborative, combining behavior modification and psychotherapy techniques to help you move toward a healthier, more fulfilling life. Once we identify the challenges you wish to address, I use cognitive-behavioral therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy to help you identify and address patterns of thoughts and behaviors that are holding you back.
