Groups
Deep Authenticity: Women in Long Term Recovery
For women with 1+ years of sobriety from drugs and alcohol. This group explores and provides information on attachment & relationships, grief & healing, boundaries & growth, and thriving beyond sobriety. Each group is 90 minutes and held over secure Zoom. This is a safe space to talk about your experience, challenges, wisdom and to support each other. The group is for 6-8 women and it occurs weekly in 12 week cycles, each session meeting is $60 and billed monthly. Next session starts in January 2026 and is scheduled for Monday evenings.
