About
I thoroughly enjoy working with individuals in supporting times of transition such as identity explorations, relationships, as well as career and academic-related goals. These areas may bring varying degrees of anxiety, confusion, stagnation, loss, and/or depression. I take an active and collaborative approach working with clients to move successfully through their times in their lives. We will also work to gain insight into possible patterns & roadblocks as you move toward sustainable change in your life. I work with adults of all ages.
As a licensed psychologist, national trainer, and Adjunct Professor at the University of Pennsylvania's Graduate Program in Counseling & Mental Health, I have the experience, knowledge & expertise to assist clients. I work well across a range of personal identities including genders, sexual orientations, religions, races, ethnicities & learning differences.
I am also the CEO of Grad School Coaching & Watershed Counseling & Consultation Services (see website). I support grad school clients around the country to successfully apply, interview & select the best graduate & professional programs for your interests & needs. In addition, I provide Mid-level Career Coaching to professionals regarding their career goals.

Preparing for the National Counseling Exam (NCE)
I've trained over 2,000+ graduate students & clients in preparing for the NCE (National Counseling Exam). To meet the needs of each person I offer a one-to-one training format. This allows for customizing the study plan & training information based on your learning, study & test-taking needs. We will have 2 to 4 meetings (50 min. each ) to assess your strengths & areas of need, create a study format tailored to you, address possible test anxiety in relation to studying & taking the exam & most importantly learn specific test-taking strategies for the NCE. Cost: $250 per meeting.
