About
I am passionate in providing a strength-based and non-judgmental space for you to explore your needs within a confidential therapeutic relationship. I provide a compassionate, empathic, and collaborative space for people to explore mental and emotional conflict, life transitions, grief, trauma, and challenges within interpersonal relationships. I believe in people's intrinsic strength, courage, and resilience in exploring new possibilities and develop enhanced coping skills. I enjoy working with children, pre-adolescents, adolescents, and adults of all ages. I also enjoy working with families and providing parent guidance.
My areas of focus include: mood disorders, anxiety, issues related to adjustment, identity development, relationships, shame, grief, and trauma. I provide ongoing coordination of care with other professionals and will assist you in finding additional resources that may support your needs. I am trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
I offer flexible hours (day, late afternoon, and evening) and am located in an easily accessible and convenient location. Please contact me for a free phone consultation. I return phone calls and emails promptly. I look forward to chatting with you.
