Life can feel so frustrating or hopeless sometimes; you want to feel good but just don’t know how. What do you need in order to make things okay? Its likely that if you knew that answer, you wouldn't be looking for help! The truth is, you already have all the answers within you but those answers may be hiding, obscured by fears or depression. They might be buried deep within you, just waiting to be recognized and brought forth. Together we will explore how to find what will help you find your path forward. We will explore what is holding you back or getting in the way, clearing the road for success.
My approach to therapy is collaborative. We talk about your goals and hopes and go from there. Whether you struggle with anxiety, depression, past trauma or grief, I can help you find the path that works for you. I am trained in DBT, EMDR and CBT. These approaches are powerful tools to help get you to where you to where you want to be.
