I specialize in working with adolescents experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, bullying, and emotional regulation challenges. I use play-based and strengths-oriented approaches to help young clients feel seen, supported, and empowered to grow.
I also support older teens and young adults as they navigate pivotal life transitions. My approach is rooted in empathy, collaboration, and empowerment, helping clients build resilience, gain clarity, and develop tools to thrive during these transformative years.
I also enjoy working with couples and families using Gottman method.
I am trained in the Gottman method and enjoy working with couples transitioning to parenthood. I also enjoy supporting families navigating relationship challenges. I have experience in CBT, TF-CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, and interdisciplinary collaboration. I offer a culturally responsive, strength-based approach, and am committed to holistic therapy.
A central part of my work is partnering with caregivers. I support parents in understanding their child’s behaviors through an attachment-based lens and offer practical guidance to strengthen the parent-child relationship.
