I have worked in the co-occurring mental health and substance abuse areas for 30 years. I have focused the last part of my career in trauma therapy. I'm a Certified EMDR Therapist and Approved EMDR Consultant with EMDRIA. I provide individual supervision and consulting as well as group when there is enough interest. Bring your friends with you.
I use EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) for symptoms of anxiety, craving and past trauma. I use DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy) which teaches four basic skills: Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotion Regulation and Interpersonal Effectiveness. I provide supervision for Master's level clinicians & consultation for EMDR Therapists.

60-90 min group for therapists using EMDR Therapy. Counts toward certification. Focus is on Adaptive Information Processing Model, integrating EMDR Therapy into current practice and the 8 stages of EMDR Therapy. Presentations and case consultations are frequent.
