I tailor my therapy to each client, whether its with a individual or relational client, to empower them for future self-healing. I integrate evidence based therapies such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Gottman, IFS, narrative therapy, and attachment therapies, along with other neuroscience based modalities.
