Seeking therapy is a courageous, empowering step. Although you are strong, you shouldn't have to walk through life's hardships alone. I provide individual and couples counseling with a mindful and compassionate approach around subjects such as grief and loss, depression and anxiety, reclaiming one's self esteem, relational trauma, conflict resolution, fertility struggles, and new motherhood, to name a few. I am continually amazed by our natural ability to heal and thrive given the right kind of attention and caring presence.
Areas of expertise include recovery from relational family trauma (direct and intergenerational), fertility, and motherhood. I’m interested in how parent-child dynamics can relate to depression, anxiety, low self esteem, and interruptions in important milestones (such as finding independence, creating satisfying relationships, and family building).
I value the impact that relationships have on our sense of wellbeing from a very young age and into adulthood. With this in mind, I strive to cultivate this opportunity for healing in relationship by offering a warm, honest, and collaborative space for emotional, spiritual and creative unfolding.
