Hi there, I'm Jeanne! I believe that positive relationships can be powerful vehicles for healing, reflection, growth, and eventually self-actualization. I specialize in and have a great depth of experience with individuals struggling with life transitions, complex relationships, anxiety, depression, and trauma. I am here to provide you with a safe, open, and insightful space to empower you to respond to life's many challenges and setbacks.
Goals may vary from session to session due to a number of factors, including client progress, life changes or developments, and other external factors. My work is to support your exploration of personal goals and the best way to achieve them. I believe that no goal is too small and that goal attainment is only possible when the client leads.
My communication style is open, supportive, and non-judgmental. I practice active listening, I will be attuned to your tone, allowing for moments stretching from tears to laughter. I will be patient, and I welcome open feedback and communication regarding our work together.
