I am a NYS Licensed Clinical Social Worker and psychotherapist certified in Perinatal Mental Health. With over a decade of diverse experience in the field, I have learned that relational depth is of utmost importance. I practice psychodynamically and relationally, threading together your past, current relationships and unconscious in process together.
My approach is direct, warm, thoughtful, often including humor. I work w/ individuals and couples and provide an empathic, safe setting for all clients. I believe in viewing what ails you in context to identify patterns of being and thinking in relationships, family systems and communities, and learn to deconstruct these ways and find new ways of relating.
