I offer my clients taylored counseling services that draw from my varied training and experience in contemplative psychotherapy, meditation, yoga, EMDR, DBT, and other modalities. My approach is trauma-informed, multidimensional, and collaborative. I intend to walk beside you, with deep trust in your heart and soul, offering my resources and compassion.
