Support, Hope and Responding to Today's World
This group offers support, inspiration, hope, and encouragement towards responding to today's world. Are you struggling with overwhelm, grief, hopelessness, isolation or feeling powerlessness in these times? This is an open process group for people who feel deeply concerned about the environmental, social, and global crises we are facing. Together, we explore mindfulness exercises, existential issues, our emotions, our inspiration, our gifts, and ways to support each other in taking responsive action. Borrowing from The Work that Reconnects, together we navigate the Spiral of gratitude, honoring our pain for the world, looking deeply, and going forth into our lives.
