I blend my approach to fit each client's unique needs. My work is based from Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy. In addition, I also help clients to recognize reactive moods and behaviors and what it looks and feels like to find your center and to live your life from this more responsive place. I also enjoy addressing spiritual and religious concerns.
