I will also help you look at your deepest core beliefs that drive much of what you experience in life and help you to learn how to change them.
I blend my approach to fit each client's unique needs. My work is based off of Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy. In addition, I also help clients to recognize reactive moods and behaviors and what it looks and feels like to find your center and to live your life from this more responsive place. I also enjoy addressing spiritual and religious concerns.
