Many of my clients are high-achieving professionals, adult survivors of childhood abuse or neglect, and adult children of emotionally immature parents who have spent years putting others’ needs before their own. Despite their accomplishments, they often feel disconnected, overwhelmed, or trapped in patterns that no longer serve them.

I specialize in EMDR and trauma-focused therapy for adults healing from complex PTSD, attachment trauma, family-of-origin wounds, and recurring relationship patterns. I also work with clients from various cultural backgrounds navigating cultural expectations, intergenerational trauma, identity concerns, and unmet emotional needs.

Together, we will explore the root causes of your struggles, process painful experiences, and develop a stronger sense of self, healthier boundaries, and more fulfilling relationships.
