I help people who want to make changes but aren't quite sure of how to get there. I provide a safe space to heal emotional wounds that may be holding you back from the person you want to be or from having the kind the relationships you really want. I'm passionate about guiding you towards reconnection and I help you find a loving place whether it's within yourself or with your partner.

I support individuals and couples who struggle with self-esteem, conflict in relationships, and communication. I tailor my approach in working with you specifically to your needs by drawing from my specialized training in various trauma informed modalities. However, it’s my unique life experiences and love for human connection that truly inform my practice.

Because your commitment to therapy is an investment, it's important to choose the right therapist for you. I consider it a privilege to support clients through their darkest times and there is no work more meaningful than to help clients meet their goals. I am currently taking new clients and EMDR treatment is available online for all CA residents.

I use a trauma informed approach for all clients and in the first session we will explore together what brought you to therapy and collaborate to create a plan that works best for you. EMDR is used to help process memories that may be impacting how you feel about yourself and IFS is used to gain a deeper understanding of all the parts of you. For couples work I use EFT to re-establish connection.
