I specialize in relationship work with individuals and couples, using trauma-informed and attachment-focused approaches. I help partners break negative communication cycles, heal emotional wounds, rebuild safety, and together we move from blame and disconnection toward a relationship that feels emotionally connected, intentional, and meaningful.

Because your commitment to therapy is an investment, it's important to choose the right therapist for you. I consider it a privilege to support clients through their darkest times and there is no work more meaningful than to help clients meet their goals. I am currently taking new clients and EMDR treatment is available online for all CA residents.

I use a trauma informed approach for all clients and in the first session we will explore together what brought you to therapy and collaborate to create a plan that works best for you. EMDR is used to help process memories that may be impacting how you feel about yourself and IFS is used to gain a deeper understanding of all the parts of you. For couples work I use EFT to re-establish connection.
