Maybe you understand your patterns intellectually and still find yourself repeating them. Maybe you know where the wound came from, but your body still reacts. The same parts take over. The same cycles. The same relationship dynamics return. Sometimes insight alone isn't enough. I specialize in trauma, relationships, parts work (IFS), couples therapy, and psychedelic integration. My work is for people who want to break free from old patterns, get out of survival mode, and trust in a more authentic self that already knows how to heal.

For couples, we follow a similar approach. A relationship is a system where two people can get caught in the same repeating conflict cycles. We attempt to break free from these cycles. To do so, each partner must acknowledge and take accountability for their own individual wounding. From there, our blind spots can dissolve and our hearts can open.
