I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Virginia with 6 years of experience providing therapeutic services to individuals in a variety of outpatient settings. I have a passion for supporting those seeking help with perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, perinatal loss and infertility, trauma and adjustment issues, depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, and life transitions. I am trained in perinatal mental health, trauma crisis response, Christian counseling, and I am an adoption-competent counselor. I completed my Master's in Professional Counseling at Liberty University.
I utilize an array of therapy strategies tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals, which I believe are foundational to a successful counseling experience. My approach often includes cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness-based, person-centered, solution-focused, and narrative therapies.
I strongly believe in a collaborative treatment process to build a secure and motivating therapeutic relationship. I recognize that the process of therapy can feel daunting at times, and I am honored to come alongside those individuals who wish to focus on their well-being as they navigate the challenges and opportunities of life.
