I am a Christian counselor who enjoys working with couples, individuals, children, and adolescents. I specialize in ADHD, self-esteem, postpartum depression, blended families, marital issues, anxiety, self-esteem, and spiritual guidance. I work with clients to find their strengths and abilities in order to cope with life. My goal is to bring issues into awareness so that the root of the problem can be recognized, and clients are then better able to manage the situations they are facing. I believe that no individual or relationship is perfect, but anyone can develop a better and happier life.
I utilize my spiritual background in therapy, only when a client is comfortable. However, I do believe a healthy person takes care of their physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual self. I was trained in post-modern therapy, which includes solution-focused therapy, narrative therapy, and collaborative therapy in addition to other trainings.

This 8-week group will provide a safe and relaxed setting for teen boys to discuss and practice social and coping skills. Our experienced licensed therapist will lead a small group of 13 to 17-year old boys. This group is ideal for boys with high-functioining Autism, ADHD, and anxiety.
